Yes we require anyone submitting a deal to have equitable interest in the form of a contractual agreement before we would be able to reach out to our hedge fund, or local buyer, connections.

Typically within 48-72 hours we have heard back from a majority of our hedge fund connections. Some groups work faster than others, it just depends on where the deal is located.

Once the group has been able to inspect the property and agree on a firm price, closing can take place in as soon as a week.
